Map version F12 link

Hi all
Just bought a 2021 plate ST Line x. I have updated the Sync to Build 23188. The Ford website however begs to differ, saying I still need to update to that version. It refuses to allow me to update the maps because of this. My question is, has anyone got a link to the relevant file (4U5T-14G422-BAK_168246478000.TAR.GZ) I want to put it on a USB. TIA.

You need to create a log file and update it to Ford servers before you can download the maps. Why Ford have all this cloak and dagger stuff regarding their sync updates is beyond me as nobody other than a Ford user will want them.

You can download the maps from Cyanlabs and bypass the Ford nonsense.

Yes but you have to be extremely careful doing that on any APIM which is newer than 2020.
