I must be one of the lucky ones. My Wombat serves me well and I've not had to tinker with any settings whatsoever, only for my personal preference.
Can I ask what year and month you got your car or when it was made?
I’m considering buying a December 2021 puma. Has a rombat battery and I’m worried. Ford dealers mostly dont denies any knowledge of any of the issues in the very min thread.
I’m hoping you got yours sept 2021 and it may give me hope this one I’m looking at might be immune to deep sleep fate.
I think we might be confusing the message you get on the Sync screen informing of it having shut off a few services to protect the battery and the old Deep Sleep notifications via the Ford App.
Not seen a 'Deep Sleep' message since the update on my last Puma and certainly not on this one.
Ford Puma ST-Line Vignale 155 Automatic.

I my case I am talking mostly about the many messages received on my Sync Infortainment screen prior to every start up. (I say mostly I did get the odd deep sleep and now rare message on the App). But as mentioned on a previous post here (below) having fitted (myself) with a new EFB (027) battery I've not had a single issue since. (1.5 Dragon ST - early 2020 ). Oh yes.
