Re-occurring EML prob/ford warranty issue?

Hi again,
sorry for the 2 questions in one but they are relevent? So recently bought my 2022 on a 72 plate Puma 1.5 ST from Sytner Select it was on just under 16k it had had the PDI and then the first service at Fords then when I bought it Sytner did the 2nd service which also included a brake fluid change,air,oil and oil filter and they even flushed the coolant (been told this was quite thorough and not needed yet but was done) so the problem arouse that the EML light is coming on intermitently which I've been told is down to the 'Powertrain control system' none ability to detect the actual position of the exhaust flow control valve requiring service? (code P26FE-00AC) so as the car still has the ford manufacturer's warranty to take it into my local ford dealer to sort it? some said it needs re-programming/replacing or an update this is when I had probs?
Firstly they said they need proof of Sytners work then no probs they'd have no probs with the warranty and can book the car in? Ok so i get proof book the car in and get a call from fords 3 hours later saying they wont do it under warranty as Sytner did'nt change the spark plugs? uh? anyway i inform Sytner who say bring the car back. Long story short they couldn't alter the original dated service infvoice that the plugs were'nt on but they had done them but whoever serviced the car forgot to include at the time of invoice? So when the car was there this time they scanned it but the EML light had gone off on my drive there so nothing was found but they replaced the plugs again as a gesture for me and then issued me with another invoice to say that it had now been checked/done and noted on the invoice.So my question is should this be more than satisfactory for my local ford dealer to look at my car and sort out my problem with the afore mentioned EML problem under the manufacturer warranty?
As regards the EML light and the code P26FE-00AC its come on about 5-6 times since but after a few miles will go off on its own so I beleive there is a problem there that needs sorting? If some of you knowledgeable people could advise me on all of the above I'd be super grateful

Hi. Have the services been completed in accordance with Ford's serving schedule (1yr/12500 miles), taking into account when the spark plugs were changed and how long ago did you purchase the car from Sytner?

yes its all within time I believe,the 2nd service was done at about 16.5k by sytner which I think is early? and after all the faffing around taking into account the garage is a good hundred mile round trip each time ,the plugs were done for a second time about 800 miles later,just think Ford is being very padantic? as been told they don't like to do the work for free! but would like to know what others think? thx

Ok, but what when was the 1st and 2nd service completed as it's 1yr or 12,500 miles, which ever is sooner. I can't see any issue if it meets Ford's service schedule, but if you haven't had the car long then I would be tempted to throw it back at Synter and get them to sort it, even if it is still in warranty with Ford.

I'm in the return it to Syntner and get them to sort it out, your contract is with them.
