Not sure if many members have used Ford Assist but I have just had a very positive experience . I managed to get a puncture whilst on holiday about 50 miles from home. I rang the number on my paperwork and managed to speak with a human. They took my details and had an AA man at my holiday camp within the hour. Fortunately I bought a space saver tyre with the car which made things a lot easier. The puncture was in a front tyre but the repair man put the spare on the back and the back wheel on the front to make driving and steering much easier.

We have got a 50 mile trip home tomorrow at no more than 50 mph but to have a punctured wheel replaced less than two hours after getting the puncture is very positive.

I was glad I paid for my 3 year "inspection"

It is good to hear a positive report. :)
The majority of people tend to only post when they have a problem with something.

I had them out to my last Puma when the battery died on the drive....They were there in about 20 minutes and had me up and running within a few minutes.
Can't fault them, I think it's a must have and the cover you get is top notch.
