Breakdown cover with new puma

I am sure that when I bought my Puma (April 2023. 23 plate) that I was given complimentary breakdown cover. I can't find any paperwork to corroborate this though. Does this seem familiar to anyone else, and does anyone know if it's for one or two years? Thanks.

It is only one year, but renews free if you take your car in for the convenience check at a participating dealer (most main Ford dealers).
