Today when putting summer tires Ive noticed greasy part on steering rack bellow..I suppose thats correct name. Grease marks can be seen also on part below where I suppose has been dripping.
Its completely the same on both sides of the vehicle..that is strange that both sides can have the same failure so I was thinking is it possible that grease marks are leftovers from factory and have not been cleaned properly?
Car is 5months old.

check your power steering fluid level, i would clean the grease off and monitor along with the fluid level.

or

remove the clip and check inside the gaiter

Will do...
Fluid is Ok.
Grease is cleaned and will monitor it.
Will mention it on next regular service.

Today did cca 300km drive to Croatia seaside... wonderful drive. Consumption 5,2l/100km..mix highway and country roads. Me and 3 kids inside.

Split and islands arround.. Brac, Hvar… are nice, but during season to much crowd..maybe better to visit during pre/post season.
I personaly dont like crowd so prefer not so known/exposed islands..for families looking for peace, sun and sea its much better…but, of course, depends what you are looking for.
