think i recall seeing a post about the module of the headlight in this forum. same issue and someone just replaced the module to fix. another issue was dimmed headlights on the new facelift.

what goodies (accessories) did you get to your Puma?

Unfortunately even replacing yhe drl module hasn't cured the issue. So back to the supplying dealer. Luckily got it from a main Ford dealer

Is the yellow part of the drl used for the indicator plus the drl?

Yes thats the indicator/drl. It looks brighter than it actually is as its dark. In the daylight it can hardly be seen

In my opinion this headlamp is beyond repair and being a sealed unit, the led diodes are not interchangeable, so a new headlamp enclosure is required,we a have 4 months old ST and from Day 1, one led drl is a bit dimmer than the other,but I've not gotten around to taking it to Ford for them to look at,I've seen Audi's drl with similar problems as you've have, but it's a bit unusual for a car at the age of yours to have this problem
