Yeah.. I think mine was around 16€ if i remember correctly or 12€.

On https://forscan.org/ future licenses have been suspended since 18th december. But i wonder if there's also something on their servers for downloading firmware?
I tried yesterday to join cyanlabs to post a new topic but was blocked due to adblockers, even after i tried to disable them all, then i tried the discord server and some happy mod deleted my two posts apparently because my virtual nickname was misunderstood. -_-
So next to try is oldfashioned email and username login and check again when i have time if there is still some issue downloading. I noticed my laptop had a lot of updates pending so it might be the issue. On the bright side though, however long this will take, i'll definately get it fixed sooner than i would if i'd try to do it through the Ford dealership.

1½ week later and a positive update on this B&O issue.
While Cyanlabs couldn't provide me any firmware for the ACM or DSP and ForScan won't download any, i had another go at a Ford Dealer Service and after some emails back and forth the situation is now the following:
The person i corresponded with was not aware of this issue, but admitted he doesn't know the exact details on warranty repairs, even though working with them.
But the greatest news so far is he said it will be fixed on warranty since my car is below 100tkm and should also still have warranty until this year November (though local dealer claimed issue will not be fixed under warranty + that warranty ended 2024 november).

So, good news

I just have to sort a convenient date to drive there for 2½ hours to get it fixed during a weekday, to get the ACM update and fingers crossed, get the sound issue finally fixed once and for all. When it's done i'll post here with the news, good or bad.
