Mine was the same when it was about 4 months old, in and out of the dealer 4 times until I involved Ford HO customer services (again) it turned out to be a fault on the interior light just randomly coming on, the wiring loom for that area and earthing was replaced and all was good! Cost me 6 months of nothing but hassle and sometimes not locking the car at night! Ford HO gave me a first service voucher FOC so not to bad but I would have still wished not to have it amongst other dia shite I’ve have with my Puma! Good luck
i know another chap with a new custom with the dreaded randomly going off alarm, software update sorted it so would think the cars just require the same.
Hopefully after Wednesday mine will be ok??
