It's here!
Thank you.
It has two USBC ports next to the charging tray. But you can easily get a converter to USB A.
..and yes, it has paddles. That shocked my dealer when I found them as he didn't think they came standard anymore - nor did I if I'm honest. But these days I am a lazy drover so hardly ever used paddles in my Q3.

I believe it's only ST models that have paddles, which started with later pre facelift Pumas.
In my opinion paddle shifters are only routinely used by motoring journalists and wannabe race car drivers.

Hi, that was my conclusion and why I ordered the new ST rather than 155. I also had some reservations on the possible firm ride. I have had my new ST for around 6 weeks now and the firmer ride is more than acceptable. You notice it more on poor B roads, but no issues on regular decent road surfaces.
In my short experience the ride and handling in Sport mode is better. Definitely no regrets, plus the ST version looks better than the ST line x.

I really hate that new dash, looks like a real afterthought. A big slab bodged onto the original layout, and that awful TV screen behind the wheel. Call me strange, but I'm looking out the window when I'm driving with the odd glance down at my speedo. That huge thing right in my peripheral vision would do my head in.

It' really doesn't hinder vision at all, but as it's not configurable (unlike my Q£), they haven't made as much of it as they could. I could get my sat nav onto the dash, or almost anything else I wanted. I actually don't; care what my revs are doing, as can hear them, so that's a 5 inch circle wasted! But the comms screen is far superior to whet I had in the 'cockpit' of the Q3. I thought that was great, but having Apple Car Play up I have found just the config that suits me. 8(ford sat nav is pants as previously mentioned!).The Monkey Man wrote: ↑Tue Oct 22, 2024 11:07 am I really hate that new dash, looks like a real afterthought. I am curious about something because I'm not completely sure how the law stands at the moment with brand new cars...
Is the speed limiter active on your car everytime the engine is turned on, and if so can it be disabled in the same way start/stop and lane keeping assist can?

Yes, it can, but annoyingly one has to do it every journey. Press and hold 'Lim' on the steering wheel for those who have one, (a 'Lim', obvs not a steering wheel!!) .Ron240 wrote: ↑Tue Oct 29, 2024 12:39 pmI am curious about something because I'm not completely sure how the law stands at the moment with brand new cars...

Driving back from Tewkesbury on Sunday though, I did something that stopped speed increasing no matter what pressure on the pedal was, then more fiddling and it went away. I need to work out what I'd done.
