Downgrade shows how much you really do know about the facelift
Those who don't like it compared to what they have WILL see it as a downgrade. There is no upgrade to power, handling or overall looks. Ford have removed the very popular Grey Matter and replaced It with Cactus Grey that has a hint of green. We all know a Cactus is not grey so perhaps they have someone who is coloured blind naming their colours. It seems they have taken the original dash and just added a pod to mount the tablet in. They had to flatten the top of the steering wheel so it didn't obstruct the instrument cluster. I don't mind the square steering wheel or the overgrown tablet but when I sat in one I thought they had a chance to improve the dash and give it better appeal and the front part of the centre console looks a bit weird to me. They could have improved upon the road noise of the car which I am guessing they haven't. That would be my main reason for not buying another along with the lack of support in the seat base. Thinner padding I guess compared to my Kuga which is extremely comfortable.

We now know why Ford have removed the indicator stalk which has been an industry standard for as long as I have been driving, BUT WHY remove it.

Unfortunately some of the competition are doing a better job of the interior styling which is a shame as there is nothing within the same price range which matches the performance offered by the 1 litre engine.
Well it's obviously the facelift is disliked

I’m on my 3rd Puma I have had 2 pre face lift ones and a facelift model. Ford have cut back on what I had on my first edition each time but I prefer the interior on my facelift to the previous ones. I find the Sync 4 system an improvement but it’s not perfect.

There are still some issues on the new models that have been addressed like the amount of dirt that collects inside the doors but have had no issues with the facelift model and it seems less creaky than the previous ones.

I guess it the way companies are going now as they all seem to be cost cutting at the lower end, for instance look at the size of a mars bar now πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

Well I have had 2 facelifts ( nearly ) 1st was rejected and 2nd didn’t make it out of the dealer.
Currently waiting for an 8 month old Vignale, should never have got rid of the last one.
The issue or 1st facelift had has had cases in the 4 figures logged for it so far.

It's only disliked by some (obviously) to be fair and certainly not a 'trait'....Shouldn't need saying that all opinions are subjective.

For me it's a disappointment more than anything. No demonstrable step forward in engine tech, electric one doesn't have the power or range to be attractive, and the prices have been hiked.

Just a let down!

Well, I'm delighted with mine now I've had my front light issue fixed. Loving the new screen and seats, which are far more comfortable than the previous Puma's. And even like the steering wheel.
Yes, it has a few niggles like the dirt on the inside of the bottom of the doors but given the significant discounts available, and the great trade in offer I'm happy.

Now your posts aren't making any sense. You seem to have taken Umbridge because I don't like the car you chose. Sorry about that, but you'll just have to suck it up, it's not personal....

Only relaying what the dealer said about the wheel. Why did you fit the pre-facelift steering wheel.
