Sat nav/ communication issues

From day one the Dab radio randomly stopped and started
Yes maybe black spot so left it
Then suddenly sat nav is stuck with a ? On arrow not communicating with app either currently sat nav says I’m in Southampton when I live in Surrey and never been to Southampton
Took back to ford garage for diagnostics
Yes 100s of error codes. Will have to wait for patch this may take a year

Mmm don’t think so. Started stamping my feet it’s gone back in for more diagnostics yesterday waiting to hear
I have been told it’s a known issues right through to it’s the battery because it’s not driven enough
As you can imagine not happy hunny here
Just wondering anyone else had anything similar

Update
Apparently after 6 months they think it’s a APIM module
This is being replaced fingers crossed no more issues

Well done for the persistence. If they are correct you shouldn't have any further problems with the satnav...
