Alternator/Generator Failure again

Has anyone else had alternator failure on their puma. Mine first failed on 15k miles at 5 months old now it's failed again at 44k miles at 14 months old.

Starting loose faith in the car if this issue going to continually reoccurring

Which engine?

Mine has been faultless for the last 3 years/33K miles.

It's the mild hybrid MHEV 155

Mine looks like it isn’t charging, it shows 9 volts when running and 11.9 when engine switched off.
Mines out of warranty, do you know how much they are to replace?
