Ford Puma 2020 ecoboost - both key fobs not working. working fine yesterday, no warning lights. Replaced batteries on both. still no joy. gained access via key inside fob. once inside, no interior lights on. car is push button start but nothing works. Any ideas? Have heard disconnecting the car battery for 30mins may work? Any advice would be greatly appreciated?

Sounds like you have a total failure of the car's battery. Happened to me once without any warning. Phone call from my wife stuck in a car park. If you have a multimeter check to see what the battery shows. If you don't have one they are about a tenner.

If you need a new battery, my advice is to buy a good one by a reputable manufacturer and don’t try to save money by regular recharging of the present battery, especially with winter approaching. It will cost you a lot more if you have to be recovered.

Here is my observation from reading the original post...
A person has an apparently urgent problem with their car, so what they do is find and register with an owners forum on the internet and make a post about it.
Immediately after making their post they log out of the forum and so far have not returned to read any replies.
Call me a cynic if you like, but this just doesn't seem right to me.
